Booking Form: The Last 200...Repairs Forum
Overview
Last 200 Repairs Forum – Have Your Say on Repairs
Have you recently had a repair carried out in your home? Whether it’s completed or still ongoing, whether you’re satisfied or have concerns, we want to hear from you.
The Last 200 Repairs Forum is an open and informal session where tenants can discuss their recent repair experiences directly with housing officers and contractors. This is your opportunity to:
✅ Share your feedback on how repairs are handled
✅ Ask questions about the repairs process
✅ Hear about service improvements and updates
Who can attend?
This forum is open to any tenant who has raised one of the last 200 repair requests. We invite new attendees each time, alongside those who joined previous sessions so they can hear about progress and improvements.
How does it work?
Unlike other tenant engagement sessions, this forum has no set agenda. It’s designed to be tenant-led, meaning discussions are shaped by the real experiences and concerns of those attending. The session will be chaired by Adrian Wilgoss, Repairs, Compliance and Voids Manager. Adrian will be joined by contractors and officers from Winchester City Council.
