Complaints Focus Group -  Complaints Handling

Help shape how we manage and learn from complaints.

We’re inviting a small group of tenants and leaseholders to join a new Tenant Scrutiny Panel focused on how Winchester City Council handles housing complaints.

This panel will look closely at how complaints are received, managed, and resolved, and will help shape improvements to ensure our approach is fair, transparent and tenant-focused.

Working with officers to make the complaints process more transparent and accessible.

The meetings will take place:

• Thursday 14 August 6.00pm – 7.30pm
• Wednesday 20 August 11.00am – 12.30pm

Location: The Junction Room, Chesil Lodge, Chesil Street, Winchester SO23 0HU
