The Winchester District Club Profile Questionnaire sets out to provide Winchester City Council with the information to direct and prioritise their help to the sports clubs that need it.

The results obtained from the questionnaire will provide a ranking system of clubs ranging from those that are happy with their current situation to those who require any level of development.
