Disability Sports Survey: Facilities

The Winchester District Disability Sports Forum (WDDSF) have recently teamed up with Active Nation to expand the ActiveAbility programme which aims to increase access to sports, exercise and physical activities for those with a disability or long-term health condition.

In 2013 and 2015 the WDDSF conducted a survey in order to improve participation levels and access to opportunities that currently exist. 5 years on and the forum along with Active Nation, would like to add to the previous results and further understand ways to develop our current sports/ physical activity programme.

Why your views matter

By completing this survey, you will provide us vital information which will help us plan and develop sport/ physical activity opportunities for children and adults within Winchester and surrounding areas of the District.

We would like to thank you in advance for taking 10 minutes of your time to complete this survey. All responses received will be treated with strict confidence and all of the result will only be published in an aggregated from, which means that no individual can be identified. Personal details provided will also be kept private and confidential, these will not be passed on or shared by any third parties.
