Winchester City Council is reviewing its waste, recycling, grounds maintenance and street cleansing services.

Residents are invited to give their views by completing this questionnaire and returning it to us. By filling in this questionnaire you will have the opportunity to influence the way services are provided to you in the future.

Why your views matter

As part of Winchester City Council’s commitment to consultation we would like to hear our residents’ opinions on a number of services provided by contractors on behalf of the Council.  We are looking at how these services can be provided in the future so understanding our residents’ thoughts on the services currently provided is very important to us.

The survey is in two parts; first a random sample of residents will receive a paper copy through the post.  This is the second part; our web based survey.  Your participation is greatly appreciated.
