Repairs Service Re-design

Overview

Our contracts with Cardo (formerly Osborne) and CCS will end in the Summer of 2026 so we need to start the process of procuring new contracts as this can take over 2 years.

We have recently started work on redesigning the Repairs Service and an essential feature of the redesign is getting your thoughts and guidance on how the repairs service should work for you. It is really important to us that you tell us how you would like repairs and maintenance to be carried out in your homes, blocks, and neighbourhoods.

As a thank you for taking part in the Repairs Service Re-Design we would like to offer 3 randomly selected respondents a £50 shopping voucher for participating & submitting their details. You will also be in with a chance of winning the annual draw of a prize up to £200.

Your responses are being analysed and the open workshops planned.
