Overview

You told us in our summer tenant satisfaction survey that younger households are less happy with housing services compared to older tenants.

We offer a variety for ways for tenants to give us their views. Unfortunately, these options seem to appeal more to older tenants so using these options means we won’t be able to find out from younger tenants how we need to change.

We want to know what methods would appeal or work best when talking to all tenants about how to improve the service you receive.

As a thank you for taking part in this survey we would like to offer 3 randomly selected respondents a £50 shopping voucher for participating & submitting their details. You will also be in with a chance of winning the annual draw of a prize up to £200.
