Claylands Road, Bishops Waltham - Garden Improvements Proposal

Overview

As part of our Estate Improvement Programme, Winchester City Council is proposing a scheme to improve the communal garden area and storage of refuse bins.

The proposal is to carry out works to the communal garden area to the side/rear of no.s 18-25, and to create storage areas for the refuse bins at the front of no.s 22-25.  The improvements would include:

• creating a patio area
• providing a couple of picnic benches
• installing new/additional communal washing lines
• installing new fencing to the front and year of communal garden
• removal of some of the existing shrubs/trees
• planting of new shrubs/trees
• provision of storage areas for refuse bins

What happens next

This consultation closed on Friday 13th November 2020.

Any comments received will be reviewed then residents will be informed of the approved plan in due course.
