Carbon Efficient Housing

Closed 20 Nov 2020

Opened 23 Oct 2020

Overview

The Council has set ambitious targets for achieving carbon neutrality. The Carbon Neutrality Action Plan sets out the actions that will be taken to reduce, eliminate or offset carbon emissions.

As the second largest contributor to carbon emissions in the district; reducing domestic energy consumption is a target along with residents living in more energy efficient homes.

Therefore the Council has committed to spending £1m per annum for 10 years to improve the energy efficiency of its housing stock.

The aim of this survey is to understand tenants’ views and priorities in relation to achieving the targets for energy efficient homes.

Please give us your views by completing the online survey below by Friday 20th November 2020.

As a thank you for taking part in this survey, we would like to offer a randomly selected Winchester City Council tenant a £50 ‘Love2Shop’ shopping voucher for participating & submitting their details. You will also be in with a chance of winning the annual draw of a prize up to £200.

More details about the prize draws and Terms and Conditions can be found on the Winchester City Council Tenant Involvement Page.
