Cleaning Services Survey

Overview

The council’s Neighbourhood Services & Community Safety Team welcomes your feedback on the cleaning service you receive to your communal areas.  Please take the time to answer a few short questions about the block you live in, so we can monitor your experience of this service.  

Why your views matter

Your views are important and will help us to monitor standards and satisfaction with the cleaning service.  It will enable us to have a clearer picture of the service being delivered and to be more responsive to any problems.

You should not expect an individual response from the council to your feedback.  However, we will monitor feedback and address issues with the contractor as they arise.   

We will publish a summary of residents' views every 3 months on our website, newsletter and Facebook page and will discuss at our Service Delivery Group.
