Cleaning Contract Consultation

Overview

Winchester City Council is preparing to tender for a new contract for cleaning of the communal areas of our blocks of flats. 

Why your views matter

We are seeking views of tenants and leaseholders regarding the current contract and what you would like to see in a new contract. 

We will also be hosting a Focus Group event to talk in more detail through the resident feedback we receive from the survey and to discuss what the new contract will look like in terms of delivery, monitoring and management.  If you would like to be involved in the Focus Group, please confirm this when you give us your feedback.

All responses will be reviewed and used to inform decisions about the future service
