Dell Road, Winchester - Traffic Regulation Order proposal

Overview

Winchester City Council as agents for Hampshire County Council proposes to make the above road traffic regulation order. The proposed Order is required to improve safety for vehicles and pedestrians.

The effect of this order will be to amend the zone boundary of Zone X2, changing the permit bays on Dell Road from zone X into zones X and X2.
