Carbon Neutrality Open Forum

Closed 29 Sep 2021

Opened 11 Aug 2021

Overview

Winchester City Council would like to establish a public Carbon Neutrality Open Forum. The purpose of the Open Forum will be to enable open discussion and the exchange of ideas between the council, the public, partners and any other interested parties with a particular focus on understanding what needs to be done to achieve a carbon neutral Winchester District by 2030.

The Carbon Neutrality Open Forum will be hosted at least twice annually, with each forum meeting focusing on a different climate change topic.

Why your views matter

Winchester City Council would like to know which topics should be discussed at these Open Forum events, so that it can set up a relevant panel for each theme.

What happens next

The results will determine which topic will be discussed at the first Open Forum event, and it will help determine what themes will be used for future Open Forum events after September 2021.
