Winchester City Council is proposing to develop two new family homes on 1a Dolphin Hill (a former single storey office) and the adjacent garages. In addition, the council is taking this opportunity to inform local residents of the improvements being undertaken to 1 Dolphin Hill.

Why your views matter

We want to give you the opportunity to comment on our plans so that we can further refine and develop the proposal in advance of submitting an application for planning consent.

We are therefore holding a public consultation on Friday 09 March in Twyford Parish Hall. Local residents are invited to drop in any time between 14.00pm - 18.00pm to view the proposals for new affordable housing.
