16 Tower Street, Winchester – Planning Application

Overview

New Homes at Winchester City Council has applied for planning permission subdivide this property into two new homes (20/01357/FUL) creating a one bedroom flat on the lower ground floor and a two bedroom flat over the two upper floors.  Improvements to the exterior of the property and a small rear extension are proposed as part of this work.  In line with Winchester City Council’s ambition of making our activities carbon neutral by 2024, the new homes will be very well insulated and renewable technology will also be included.
